In 2004, three friends in Gothenburg, Sweden, put their heads together to develop an HR technology solution that would reinvent how modern employers engage with their employees.

The company was first named Flexpay; ten years later, the company was renamed Benify. Today, Benify is a truly independent, flexible, and agile global technology company with 1,600+ customers and over 3 million users around the world.

Benify’s market-leading global benefits and total rewards platform offers a truly mobile experience. Our platform is highly customizable and offers an in-built data mapping tool as well as powerful filtering capabilities. Our powerful yet easy to use communication engine allows administrators to easily connect with end-users at various touchpoints.
