Health Challenge

Benify’s Health Challenge is a challenge where employees get rewarded for their physical activity.

Through daily physical activity, employees collect points during a designated period. Depending on the amount of physical activity they achieve, employees reach different health levels – Beginner, Casual or Active.

Benify Health Challenge is a challenge where Benify tallies up the points using Google Fit for every participant over the past 90 days.

The number of points a participant has dictates which activity level they belong to, and based on the activity level, they will receive different benefits or awards from their employer.

The goal of the Benify Health Challenge is to create new positive habits in an employee’s everyday life, leading to better health in the long run.
