After the success of the platform in France, MSD plans to roll out the platform in other countries.
“We wanted to know that we would be able to replicate the experience into other countries and use the setup we’d developed for France. We wanted to make sure that when expanding to other countries we could actually rely on the technology and developments we’d made so that the other countries wouldn’t have to redevelop the things we’ve already done as they have fewer resources than we have”, Isabelle shares.
