Let’s take our story from the beginning

It all started in 2004 when three friends in Gothenburg, Sweden, teamed up to create an HR tech solution to help organizations manage their benefits and engage with their employees.

Twenty years later, that solution is Benify — which has expanded to over 1,600 companies across 27 countries. Every day, Benify works to deliver cutting-edge tech solutions that empower organizations to give employees a more fulfilling work experience.

Benify’s market-leading global benefits and total rewards platform offers a truly mobile experience. Our platform is highly customizable and offers an in-built data mapping tool as well as powerful filtering capabilities. Our powerful yet easy to use communication engine allows administrators to easily connect with end-users at various touchpoints.
