GOLD Stevie® Award — Global HR Solution Provider of the Year 2020
In 2020, Benifex won a GOLD Stevie® award and was named Global HR Solution Provider of the Year. The category recognizes the achievements of providers to the HR industry solutions for cultural awareness/cultural competence, global employment law, global outsourcing, and global relocation, among others.
TalentCulture® 2021 HR Technology Leader
Benifex was named a TalentCulture 2021 HR Technology Leader in the second-annual TalentCulture HR Tech Awards. The selected HR technologies are chosen based on a strict and defined grid of requirements that range from a thorough demonstration of the technology’s power to successfully deliver on its promise and satisfy the end-user successfully, to a background analysis of user and employee comments of the product and brand.
Silver Award — Best New Hire Onboarding Program at 2021 HCM Excellence Awards
In 2021, Benifex won a silver award for its digital onboarding tools under the category of Best New Hire Onboarding Program at the 2021 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Talent Acquisition Awards, the largest and longest-running awards program in Human Capital Management.
Bronze Stevie® Award — Achievement in HR Technology 2020
In 2020, Benifex’s market-leading global benefits and total rewards platform was awarded a bronze Stevie® award for its Achievement in HR Technology. The category recognizes notable achievements, related to the design, development, deployment, and/or administration of HR-related systems or technologies.
Recognized as one of Sweden’s best managed companies in 2022, 2023, and 2024
Best Managed Companies is a quality award given to private Swedish companies based on criteria that assess strategic direction, operational capacity, corporate culture, and financial development.
The award was launched in 2018 by Deloitte, and this year marks the sixth time the award is being presented. An independent jury has selected the 21 companies to receive the award this year.
In 2020, for the second year in a row, Benifex was named one of Sweden’s 10 best places to work by Great Place to Work® under the category, Large Organizations. Benifex is also certified as great place to workplace according to the Great Place to Work® institute’s international standard.
In 2018, Benifex and Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) received a Digital Innovation Award for their benefits platform at the 11th annual Trophées Comp&Ben in Paris, France.
In 2017, Benifex and L’Oréal Germany, together, received an award at the prestigious HR Excellence Awards in Berlin, Germany for their My HR Rewards platform under the category “Compensation & Benefits”.
In 2018, Benifex was awarded one of the Top 10 HR Tech Solution Providers in Europe 2018 by Human Resources magazine, HR Tech Outlook, after an evaluation of over 500+ HR Tech Solution providers in Europe.
In 2013 and 2014, Benifex – then known as Flexpay – was named one of Sweden’s Super Companies (Sveriges Superföretag) by leading weekly Swedish business magazine, Veckans Affärer.
The award acknowledges long-term sales growth, sustainable profitability, strategically skilled financing and efficiency in managing resources.
In 2019, Benifex was certified by Great Place to Work®. The certification is the first and only certification that recognizes great workplaces in Sweden. The certification is based on the Great Place to Work Institute’s global standard for what characterizes a great workplace.
