Säkra, in collaboration with Benify, has developed a completely new web service and application, Säkra Total, which is now being rolled out to the company’s 140 000 life and savings customers. The service aims to strengthen the customer experience through increased availability and proactivity.

The user can easily book an appointment with their adviser in the app, be informed of any gaps in insurance cover and receive targeted messages when it’s time to review their choices.

Customised Platform

Nordea Liv & Pension offers its corporate customers a pension and insurance portal from Benify. Through the portal, companies can increase their employees’ knowledge and involvement in the company’s security benefits. For example, employees can book online counselling, start salary exchange, attend a digital pension school or make changes to their pension savings. They also have access to discount offers from well-known brands.

Together with another leading Nordic financial services company, Benify developed a solution whereby their customers can integrate health and activity data, thereby accumulating points that can be rewarded with extra insurance coverage, exclusive offers and the possibility to exchange points for donations to various charitable organisations.
